Texas 2001), one of the opinions mentioned in the article. We have operated with something akin to "all deliberate speed" - almost two years later, it took helpful readers to remind us of our commitment. Nevertheless, it is now posted here.

     We have redacted the names of the unlucky attorneys who were the target of Judge Kent's ire. Judge Kent himself withdrew the order shortly after issuing it (see id.), and we see no reason to dwell on the identity of the unlucky souls longer than he did himself.
