As reported by Tony Mauro in Legal Times and discussed by Montgomery Kosma on NPR's All Things Considered the Green Bag has created a bobblehead doll of Justice John Paul Stevens, manufactured by Alexander Global Promotions. We make no promises about what will happen to those bobbleheads, but we hope to give them to our loyal (meaning for this purpose pre-October 18, 2003) subscribers. We will, moreover, sell no bobblehead before its time, and our Justice Stevens bobbleheads are timeless. We aren’t sure what the previous sentence means, but we do know that we aren’t going to be selling any Justice Stevens bobbleheads. So if you would like to buy one, please look to ebay.
